Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

All content, features, and functionality of Pack Pals — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Pack Pals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Packing list suggestions are recommendations only — you are responsible for ensuring you have everything you need for your trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pack Pals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).

7. User Content

Any data you provide (such as trip details or preferences) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your packing lists and improving our service.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
